I create hand-drawn art of fused everyday objects that are explorations of the bizarre in the mundane. My process involves the transformation of otherwise recognizable objects into whimsical yet odd chimeras. While each drawing is a visual study in blending physical silhouettes together, it is also an examination into visual art’s intersection with verbal expressions. My work aims to tease the mind with a hint of weirdness and dash of humour. Below are images that capture my work in early sketches of drawing to final stages.
